How long does a custom order take?
Most custom rings and jewelry take 2–4 weeks from deposit to delivery. Custom watches typically take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. If you have a specific deadline, tell us upfront and we'll be honest about whether we can meet it.
How much does a custom order cost?
It depends on the piece, the materials, and the complexity. We don't have a fixed minimum — we work with a range of budgets. Share what you're looking for and we'll give you an honest, detailed quote.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. We require a deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due before your order ships. Full payment terms are included in your personalized quote.
Can I send a photo of something I want replicated?
Yes — and we encourage it. Send us a screenshot, a photo, a sketch, or a link. The more reference you give us, the closer we can get to your exact vision.
Can I modify an existing product from your store?
Absolutely. If you see something in our catalog and want it in a different metal, stone, size, or finish — just ask. Most catalog pieces can be customized to your preference.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We share progress photos and final images before shipping. If something isn't right, we address it before the piece leaves us. We don't ship until you're satisfied with what you see.
Do you offer custom orders for gifts?
Yes. We offer gift packaging and can coordinate delivery timing around special occasions. Just mention it when you inquire and we'll plan accordingly.
